Is your child getting enough?
Modern diets may leave you feeling your children are not getting enough of the nutrients they need.
We all know that children often get less than a perfect diet – this can lead to problems such as tiredness, food intolerances, digestive and behavioural problems.
The specialist children’s nutrition clinic at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition exists to help you understand how you can optimise your child’s health by re-balancing diet and nutrient intake.
Because children are not ‘little adults’ they require a unique approach tailored to their age and development to address specific health imbalances.
Some of the conditions that may be helped include:
- Fatigue
- Anxiety
- Asthma
- Eczema
- Allergies
- IBS
- Headaches
- Acne
- Period problems
- Bedwetting
- Autism
- ADHD
- Slow growth
- Overweight/obesity
- Frequent infections
- Constipation
- Fussy eaters
Throughout your child’s nutritional journey you will be expertly supported and guided by Alison. The programme will be monitored for any changes and adjusted as required.
Alison will use a combination of laboratory tests, symptom analysis and a review of each client’s questionnaire, to determine a dietary and supplement programme to replenish deficiencies and correct imbalances. You will be advised on how to help your child reach their health potential.
